Pure Nutrition® is a functional food-supplement brand operated by Pure Nutrition SAS. If you need our corporate or contact details, write to hola@purenutrition.co.

Our products (Morning Shot, Bloomsy, Hydrate) are food supplements and do not replace a balanced diet or medical treatment.

By using this site you confirm you are of legal age in your country of residence and that the information you provide when purchasing is accurate and up to date.

Unauthorized access to our systems, mass scraping, reselling content or using our brand without our written permission is not allowed.

Prices are shown in Colombian pesos (COP) and include applicable taxes. We may update prices and availability without prior notice. If there is an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund 100%.

Images are for reference only. The physical product may vary slightly depending on the batch or natural ingredient.

Payment is processed through Shopify Payments and its associated gateways. By confirming your purchase you authorize the charge to the payment method you provided.

An order is accepted once you receive the confirmation email. We may decline orders due to suspected fraud, lack of inventory, or areas not covered by our logistics.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the cycle you chose (monthly by default), at the applicable price with the discount applied. You can pause, skip a shipment, or cancel at any time, before the renewal date, from your account or by writing to us.

The combo discount (2 or more different products) applies only at checkout. It does not stack with other promotions unless we say otherwise.

All content on this site (brand, logos, text, photography, illustrations, code, 3D graphics and interfaces) is the property of Pure Nutrition® or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. It may not be reproduced, in whole or in part, without our written authorization.

Our products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication continuously, or have a pre-existing medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before consuming them.

If you have allergies, always check the ingredient list on the packaging.

To the extent permitted by law, Pure Nutrition® is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the use or inability to use the site. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order that is the subject of the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Pure Nutrition SAS's domicile, unless the law provides otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is always the one published at this URL, with the last-updated date shown above.
