Shipping & returns

• We process your order within 24 to 48 business hours from Medellín, Colombia.
• Major cities in Colombia: 1 to 3 business days.
• Rest of Colombia: 3 to 7 business days.
• International orders, including the Cayman Islands, typically take longer; exact timing depends on customs.
• We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of your order. Orders ship from Medellín, Colombia and are charged in Colombian pesos (COP); your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion.

Once your order ships, we'll email you the waybill and tracking link from the assigned logistics carrier.

If your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, write to us within 7 days of delivery at hola@purenutrition.co with photos and your order number. We'll arrange pickup and the exchange at no cost.

Because these are food supplements (a product that is ingested), we do not accept returns for change of mind once the seal has been opened. If the product is still sealed and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

The refund is issued to the original payment method, within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the product at our warehouse.

Each subscription shipment can be paused, skipped or canceled before the renewal date, from your account or by writing to us.

We currently ship to Colombia and to the Cayman Islands. Shipping cost and delivery time to the Cayman Islands are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight; subscribe to our newsletter to hear about new destinations first.
